  • A decade ago, the median price for sectional title residential property in Claremont was R635 000. During the last year to date, the median price paid for a sectional title unit was R1,6 million.
  • The value of property in Claremont CBD increased by as much as R1,9 billion during the past year alone.
  • In line with national trend towards decentralized nodes, a number of mixed-use developments have been established in Claremont CBD in recent years. These include the likes of Montclare Place and The Claremont.
  • An estimated six new developments are scheduled for completion in coming years.
